The signature restaurant at Hilton Surfers Paradise will be closed for refurbishment from Monday 24 October \u2013 Tuesday 1 November, 2016 inclusive. During this time, buffet breakfast will continue and will relocate to the Ballroom on Level 1. Dinner service will be limited and available for groups and special event bookings only. The newly refurbished signature restaurant is due to re-open on Wednesday 2 November, 2016 and will have a new look, a new menu and will trade under a new name. The new restaurant concept is inspired by the Surfers Paradise lifestyle. The restaurant will have a brighter feel, and will offer modern, fresh, affordable cuisine with subtle Asian influences and focus on sustainable seafood.
