Fairy Falls – the waterfall – is on national parkland and is part of the UNESCO World Heritage Daintree Rainforest, which has been in continuous existence for over 135 million years. Using the picnic set provided, pack a lunch and while away a few hours waterside, surrounded by the birds and butterflies of this timeless place; take a dip, lie back in the crystal clear waters and gaze into the sky above, framed by the canopy of the world’s oldest jungle – for a while, let yourself become part of this truly unforgettable slice of paradise.
Please note that swimming is at your own risk and due to its setting, "Fairy Falls" is unsuitable for children under 12. The path can be steep and slippery in places so please take care.
