Bartagunyah Estate cellar door is situated five kilometres from the township of Melrose in the Southern Flinders Ranges region of South Australia. The vineyard produces wine from Shiraz and Cabernet grapes grown at an altitude of over 400 metres above sea level. The wine is made from non irrigated vines, producing distinctive and concentrated flavours.
Bartagunyah Estate also has self drive four wheel drive tracks, single track mountain bike trails and unpowered and powered sites available for campers and bushwalkers. The Mawson and Heysen Trails and the Mount Remarkable National Park are adjacent to the property.
