This beautiful beach house is in the sought after location of Mollymook, overlooking Narrawallee Beach. It has ocean views to the north and is a three minute walk to the pristine sands of Narrawallee beach. Narrawallee is a quiet residential hamlet, surrounded by the beach and the inlet, and is located on the south coast of New South Wales a three hour drive south from Sydney. Narrawallee is nestled between Conjola to the north and Mollymook to the south and just a few kilometres north of Ulladulla.
The property sleeps six. Three bedrooms consisting of two upstairs (one queen bed and two single bunks and trundle) and one bedroom downstairs (two king single bunks) via external stairs between up and downstairs. There are two bathrooms, one on each level and a hot outdoor shower to wash the sand away on return from the beach.
An open plan kitchen is fitted with dishwasher, microwave, oven. The kitchen is fully stocked with cooking utensils and crockery. The large deck with table, chairs, umbrella and barbecue looks north to the ocean, cooled by the north easterly breezes in summer and sheltered from the southerly winds in winter.
